Denis Strizheusov
Mr. Denis Strizheusov - Member
Mr. Denis Strizheusov is Deputy Director of the Financial Audit Department at the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. He holds degrees in Law and International Economics and has over 16 years of experience in international audit and consulting.
Prior to joining the Accounts Chamber in 2020, he spent more than 10 years with leading Big Four firms, working across the public sector, industrial and consumer projects, oil and gas, and financial services in Russia and United States. His expertise includes audit strategy, large-scale engagement management, audit automation, SAP and ERP systems, and the development of accounting and audit tools.
At the Accounts Chamber, Mr. Strizheusov leads international audits and audit quality control projects and manages multidisciplinary xLoS teams. His portfolio includes audits of UN system organizations, including UNIDO (2020-2023), the PC CTBTO (2022-2025), and the International Anti-Corruption Academy (since 2025). He actively participates in the UN Panel of External Auditors and has led IT audits, HR and ESG audits, IFRS automation initiatives, and high-level UN and INTOSAI briefings.
Mr. Strizheusov is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
