This resource introduces students to the UN Gifts collection that has been officially donated to the UN by Member States, Foundations, and individual donors since 1950. By learning about the artwork, historical objects and architectural components at the UN, students will be able to recognize, describe, analyze and interpret the messages of the collection as it relates to the work of the UN.
